Ace Combat Joint Assault gone gold. Sony's PSP is getting a new game, and it's called Ace Combat Joint Assault. It launches on 24th September for the PlayStation Portable and PSPgo, and has gone gold. Sales of Sony's PSP doubled week-on-week in Japan on the release of the chart-topping Capcom PSP game Monster Hunter Diary: Poka Poka Ailu Village, which also launched in a bundle. At a media event in Berlin, Sony has announced a new music service which will allow users to download and play songs directly from their PS3 and PSPs. This comes a couple years after Sony completely crashed and burned with its previous service, Connect, which also encouraged PSP connectivity.
